Andrea Seiss joined the Ethics and Compliance team in October 2023 as the senior director of compliance and investigations. Prior to that, Andrea was the Title IX/ADA coordinator for Temple University where she handled matters pertaining to gender equity and disability compliance. Andrea also has over 15 years of experience working within student affairs in higher education, specifically focusing on student conduct matters, leadership development and crisis response. Andrea graduated with a BA from Temple University, an MS in organization leadership from Cabrini University, and an EdD in higher education administration from Temple University.
