Power your professional path and acquire the skills to lead a successful business enterprise with the Part-time Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Temple’s Fox School of Business. The Part-time MBA offers an accelerated two-year track, or you can accommodate the program to your preferred schedule, with up to six years to earn your degree. The Part-time MBA courses are offered at either the Temple University Center City campus in downtown Philadelphia, main campus or online.

The Part-time MBA program’s hybrid format combines the benefits of in-person classes with the flexibility of online learning.  Courses allow you to make real-world connections and actively collaborate with your peers and faculty members. They are led by industry-experienced faculty members who actively research the latest theories critical to success in business, and hands-on experiences allow you to apply learning to real-world practice. Professional development workshops are integrated with the curriculum, with access to additional career services from Fox’s renowned Center for Student Professional Development

Location

Classes are held at Temple University Center City (15th and Market streets), within walking distance of SEPTA, Philadelphia’s regional public transportation system.

Curriculum

Courses in the Fox Part-time MBA alternate between in-person and online class sessions each week, so you can build meaningful connections with your classmates. Live, mobile-friendly WebEx sessions maintain an interactive classroom environment, and review materials—including HD, mobile-friendly and on-demand lecture videos—are available for use at any time.

Through the Part-time MBA curriculum, you will 

  • cultivate skills within key business areas through specially designed coursework;
  • enhance your professional development with Fox Management Consulting challenges and projects; and 
  • meet one-on-one with program staff to review your progress.
Curriculum Structure

Part-time MBA students choose which semester to kick off the program and how many classes to take at a time. Evening courses with optional weekend intensives and flexible pathways to completion allow you to choose the experience that suits your needs.
