Admissions Information

How to Apply

To apply, submit an application along with a fee of $60 to the College of Education and Human Development.

After submitting the application, you will receive instructions on how to submit the additional application materials listed below through your online MyTU account. If you prefer, you may also mail these materials to

You will receive your nine-digit Temple University identification number (TUid) via email once you submit your application for admission. Supporting Materials

Transcripts

Submit official undergraduate and graduate transcripts from all accredited institutions you have attended.

Goals Statement

Write 500 to 1,000 words outlining your interest in this graduate certificate including your career aspirations and interests as well as how your academic and professional experiences are relevant to the program.

Recommendations

Submit two reference letters that provide insight into your academic competence. References from college or university faculty members are recommended. You may request the recommendations through your MyTU account or send them using the paper Reference for Graduate Study (pdf) to the above mailing address.

Résumé

A current résumé is required.

Additional Requirements for International Students

International applicants should also submit the following materials.
