Biography
Beth Olanoff is an attorney and education policy wonk. Before joining the Temple faculty in 2018, she served as the director of the Office of Policy in the Pennsylvania Department of Education in the administration of Governor Tom Wolf, and before that, in the administration of Governor Ed Rendell. Her work at the Department of Education included helping to develop and write the the state's implementation plan for the federal Every Student Succeeds Act.
At Temple, she serves as professor for several courses in the School Leadership program and also as project director for the Pathways to Leadership program in partnership with the School District of Philadelphia.
