Melissa Goldberg joined the Office of University Counsel in 2023. Her practice is focused primarily on transactional matters.
Prior to joining Temple, Melissa practiced in the corporate services group at Holland & Knight LLP where her practice focused on public and private mergers, asset and stock acquisitions, and venture capital financings. While at Holland & Knight, Melissa supported mid-market transactions across multiple industries and advised private and pro-bono clients on corporate governance matters.
Melissa received her B.S. in Business Administration from Northeastern University and her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
